I got into fitness after leaving the military and the healthcare field more than 10 years ago. I realized that the system isn't focused on healing our bodies OR our minds, but instead sells us costly, temporary fixes.
So I pivoted.
I worked on myself first, losing 60 lbs of postparum weight and developing skills to cope with my ADHD and PTSD, and then became a personal trainer 5 years ago. Helping my fellow scatttered geniuses navigate their dopamine and executive dysfunction through exercise, mindful eating, and intentional rest has been one of the most rewarding adventures of my life.
Exercise 🏋🏾♀️ is one of the fastest ways to activate your body's dopamine switch, which is why I focus on quick effecive workouts that offer a challenge without being overly complex or becoming boring over time.
My app features dedicated programs that ensure there is enough variation to not get bored but not so much that you aren't able to see progress and reach your fitness goals.
There are also stand alone workouts for those who aren't looking to follow a strict program and just want to move their bodies on a daily basis.
